RFP Materials: Mainline Construction

Mainline Construction is a general contractor located in Grande Prairie, specializing in earthworks, oil & gas, utilities and more. Working throughout Western Canada, Mainline’s main source of contract work is obtained by responding to corporate RFP’s and tenders. Due to the stiff competition in the market, the company was seeking ways to stand-out from the crowd and exponentially increase the professional nature of their brand.

Scratch started with creating a professional corporate brochure as a glossy leave-behind piece to give potential clients a snapshot of the company’s culture and achievements. Next a simple to use RFP template was created along with a complete toolkit including all the assets, images and documents needed to piece together fulsome RFP’s that look high-quality and consistently branded every time no matter who within the organization is responsible for pulling them together.
